Muscles Gain

How to "Nibble" Your Way to Fast Muscle Gains

Most guys who are struggling to see fast muscle gains don't eat enough food each day. I'm tired of hearing guys say "I eat everything in sight but I still can't gain a pound" and it's because it's just not true.
Trust me, if you followed the diet that I'm following or that diet that I give my clients, you wouldn't be saying that because you would be seeing muscle gains almost immediately.
The truth is if you want to see fast, consistent and permanent muscle gains then you have to constantly consume more calories each and every week and you should be constantly nibbling on something throughout the day.
Let's try something for a sec.
I want you to think of your muscles as a house you want to build and think of calories as the bricks you'll need to build that house big strong house. The bigger and stronger you want to build your house (your muscles) the more bricks (calories) you'll need.
But if you don't supply enough bricks (calories) you won't be able to build that house (your muscles) as big and strong as you'd like.
so if you're struggling to see results here are a few reasons why you need to constantly consume more calories each and every week and you should be constantly nibbling on something throughout the day.
** Maximize Your Muscle Gains **
Nutrition is very important when it comes to building muscle. You will only build as much muscle as your "diet" allows. It doesn't matter how hard you workout in the gym if you're lacking in the calories department then you'll muscle gains will suffer.
Not challenging yourself throughout the day to consume MASSIVE amounts of the "right calories is the easiest and most common way to fail when it comes to building muscle.
** More Muscle = More Calories **
I'm not sure if anyone told you this, but the more muscle you have the more calories you'll need to build more. Unlike fat that just sits there, your muscles are living, breathing pieces of body tissue which means they burn calories to survive.
Remember, the way to fast muscle gains is to consume more calories than your body burns. The more muscle you have, the more calories you'll burn, thus the more calories it will take for you to build more muscle.
This is a big reason why guys hit plateaus, because in a sense their bodies or rather their muscle gains have caught up to their diet.
But not only that, keep in mind that the more muscle you have the more calories you're going to need to maintain that muscle. Which means if you gained 10 lbs of muscle, you can't consume the same amount of calories you were consuming when you were 10 lbs lighter, which is a common mistake a lot of guys fall victim to.
So if you're trying to build muscle fast then you need to make sure that everyday is a "challenge" for you to consume your meals. That's how you know when you're eating enough.
So remember, the fastest way to fast, consistent and permanent muscle gains is to constantly eat more food from week to week and constantly been nibbling on something throughout the day.
This includes snacking on muscle building foods in between your meals, right before your meals and right after your meals, this way you provide your body the MASSIVE amounts of calories it need build your muscles bigger and stronger.
